Wind blue pics please
Hey Folks,
As I mentioned in an earlier thread, I'm having a 1975 f250 4x4 painted and the original color is wind blue. The truck has trim along the "dent" but that's it. I'm kind of thinking of doing a two-tone with a white roof and lower half of the truck below the trim line and the hood and cab and rest of the truck the wind blue. There is an example of a similar scheme in the 1974 gallery but in red. I'm trying to picture the end result in my mind but would love to see some photos of wind blue trucks in any paint scheme.

I am not trying to advertise this truck, but found this one on Craigs List that is the color I do believe you are speaking of.
77 Ford HIGH BOY F250 3/4 ton
The first time I looked at the truck I wasn't crazy about it, but the more I look at it, the more I like it.
If it was my truck I would do the white roof and then blue on the rest of the truck. JMO

Thanks for that. Yeah, maybe white on the bottom half would be too much. I'll think about just doing the roof.

This is mine right after I bought it; I like these color trucks. It's an old drywall truck and not too pretty. I'm in the process of putting white spoke rims on it. I think the white on light blue is a nice touch.
