My father completely restored a 1956 F100 truck and gave it to my brother about 15 years ago. My brother was a severe alcoholic and just let the truck sit at his house and now it is in pretty bad condition. He (my brother) passed away and I am left to sell the truck because I do not have the money or time to restore it (wish I did!). I am in the market to sell, but have no idea how much to ask (2000 ?). Can someone please help me???
The truck is in TN and it ran when it was parked, but have no idea if it cranks now - still trying to locate the key or I will have to replace the switch (ex-wife situation). It is a complete truck, yes. It is listed on EBay and has 6 days left to run on Ebay, but I am not sure if I have asked to much or not. Have 13 people currently watching the ad. You can also view the truck at Browns R Us

Can you provide a link or the ebay auction number and I'm sure we can give you some better advice. The link above requires registration which few will do as we don't appreciate the email spam usually associated with it.
It's a little hard to tell about the truck. I think the most predominent factor would be how much corrosion has set in. These trucks all have their own particular places they rust through. I guess the condition of th einterior might have something to do with it too. From a purely money stand point, remember this. Some one may buy it an break it down to sell the parts. In that case it has well over $2000 worth of useful parts. I wouldn't accept any offers below your $2000 "buy it now" price. Unfortunately, if someone clicks on that, you'll have to sell it for that. I might have started up about $3500 or maybe $4000 for it. 56s are pretty popular in any shape! You could always come down.
