i have the brake controler and tekonsha harness
found that conector under the dash
i also found the 4 pin harness by the rear bumper
i wish i could use the harness i bought instead of wiring all the way back but i can't find the the end points in the rear to hook up the female conector for the 7 pin

You mean you've got the stock 4-pin on the rear of the truck and bought the 7-pin harness to replace it?
Lie on your back under the rear bumper, driver side, you'll see the wire from the 4-pin connector come out from the bumper. It should run to the inside of the driver side frame rail just ~1-foot forward. The connector is held to the side of the frame rail by a plastic plug. Your new 7-pin harness plugs into that.
