I have an '86 Ford Bronco with a 302 EFI. We just put a rebuiltin it. It now has 600-700 miles on it, but here is the problem: After warm up, say 15-20 minutes of driving, it really strong exhaust vapros coming from the exhaust pipe. So much so in fact that I pulled up to a DQ drive-through and I had to shut the truck off so it did'nt intoxicate the cashier. Any ideas???
At first I thought it was burning oil, but it's not that kind of smell...just really strong exhasut fumes (gray-ish smoke) The only thing I did not change when I put the rebuilt in was the plugs, since they were pretty new.
