I have a 2003 supercrew.I have a chatter in the rear diff. I did axle seals and outer bearings. When i add my new gear lube I put 8onz of the additive in.I still am geting a chatter now its when the rear diff is cold once it warms up some than it stop. Should i put more additive in? Or will that be to much?

What kind of rear end lube are you using? I'm using Mobil 1 75w90 (I know that it's supposed to be 140) with no additive and I hardly ever get chatter. What I do get, I kind of like as it just means that it's actually gripping back there.
