help addressing coolant leak

I have been a member for about a month now and i wanted to start off saying i love the site and the fact that all of you guys on here care about your trucks just as much as i do.

here is my question
My truck is an 04 f250 with the edge juice w/attitude monitor. AFE stage 2 intake, 4" turbo back exhaust, and accufab power elbow.

I have been searching and reading on the site about coolant problems and just want some input other then mine. i towed with the truck twice in the last three months and i had coolant all over my driver fender well both times. i had my coolant at the max line both times, after further reading i have come to realize it is supposed to be at the min level. i feel that is why it did that. please correct me if i am wrong. the truck is running great and the coolant leaking is pure green like it should be.

my main thing is that i have a slight leak on my passenger side which drips down onto my leaf spring. it doesnt matter if the truck is cold, hot, driven easy or hard, or is just sitting in the yard parked. eventually it gets too low and i refill it. the leak is small. about a drop every couple seconds, thats it. it doesnt leak all the time though. i popped the hood a couple times to check it out and there is a small orange hose about an inch in diameter and three inches long on top of the manifold. it looks like it is coming from there. could that be it?

has anyone had this problem or have an idea of something else it might be?

Can you just bypass the EGR cooler?

Your coolant should be gold. Not green
