Limited slip diff oil

I have tried to search for this but found nothing to help.

I have a 2002 F250 with a limited slip diff and 4X4. I figure it is past time to change the rear end grease. I know the limited slip takes a different kind.

Any suggestions as to brand and type? Standard or synthetic?

75w140 with 1 8oz. bottle of friction modifier....don't spill any on your sunday clothes cause it stinks like crazy.
