According to the mechanic I brought my truck to yesterday, the sway bar kit I got from Energy is too small but it is the one specified for the truck according to their web site. Someone here also posted a link to that kit on the forum. It is 4.5192g 99-03 f-250 fwd.

 

There is 2 different size sway bars in these trucks... One the diam. is 1 1/4" and I forget the other one !! measure the diam of your sway bar and double/triple check !! Also there may be 2 different bushing kits. Maybe check that out as well !!

You have the early 99 1 1/4" kit, you need the 32mm kit, 99.5 - 03. Part #4.5186

 

Ok, thanks a lot. Lets see if they can exchange that for me. They just had the one kit I thought and it said 99-03.
