Well, it wasn't today... it was Sunday that I replaced my turn signal switch, and fixed three things at once. (A previous owner had installed a trailer brake controller wrong, then snipped wires in the turn signal switch to try to fix it. Duh!) Now I have working turn signals, brake lights, and cruise control!

Topped off the 9" (bad pinion seal), replaced two of my backup lights so I have full lighting power mwahahaha.....tightened down the bed cap bolts that had loosened up, installed a FORD under-hood toolbox (best thing ever)........and then it got dark....maybe more tomorrow!

Oh yeah, and I didn't put them on today, but I went and got a set of 4.10 gears for my 9" rear and D44 that I'm swapping into the front for $150.

The back-up lights......two custom-cut into the bumper (that almost look stock) and two underneath the bed pointed down. A lot of light

Those factory under hood tool boxes are awesome! I think they were only available on 80-86 and 87-91. I have never seen one on a 92-96. I don't see any room for it either. I would really like to have one though.

Two days ago I finally managed to remove a loose and spinning bed mount bolt and replaced it with a grade 5 hex bolt. No more banging bed when I hit potholes. Today, hopefully mount a replacement 7-pin trailer plug.

Still need to properly bleed the brakes and replace worn radius arm bushing.

Here are the pics I promise of my wiring project on my F150. I added a factory tow package + external LB, HB, Fog & Reverse relays.

That truck looks slick. I love the two tone. Nice work on the additional relays and wiring. What are HB LB and reverse relays for?

Thanks. This truck don't look a thing like what it use to when I first got it. It was all green, covered in dents, no chrome, etc.
The factory wiring that is run to the headlights is 18ga(now 14ga) & all the load from the lights are on the switch. On my last truck I had to replace the headlight switch & plug because it had gotten hot & melted the center of the plug. I found a write-up on adding relays & knew I needed to do it. Now the relay carries the load & the switch turns the relay on & off. The factory tow package includes a relay for the reverse circuit to the 7way plug + I added auxiliary backup lights today after work. Pilot model# NV-803.

Finally Started my Dana 60 SAS on the 250. Forgot the camera so no pics, sorry, take some tomorrow. I got the axle out of the truck after work and then started to mock up boxing in the frame rails for the reverse shackle kit I built.....

Set my Cb's up in the truck and washed the outside. Found out that my trans is clicking and i have no idea why or what it could be. Gonna do an oil change here shortly.
