Your truck had a 460 option from the factory, so it won't be a strength issue. You'll probably want to upgrade the suspension springs for the big weight gain. I just swapped out my 360 for the 460, and upgraded the springs.

It will lower your truck if you keep all the 460 parts stock, but if you put on aluminum heads or intake or water pump, etc., your engine weight may not change. According to mustangsandmore.com, FE weight is 625, and 385 series (429-460) weight is 720. Not sure if that counts accessories or just the engine itself, but that's a 95 pound diff.
If you leave the 460 stock, your alignment will be off. As for how much, not sure.
