Rear Pump, Front Gauge??

hey yall on my 95 4x4 150 if you turn it the rear tank the truck wont run but the gauge works but the front tank works but the gauge does not work? maybe something with the switch or electrical or is it the rear pump and prob the sender? thanks yall

Well lets start with the rear tank pump, then the fuel sending unit on the front tank. Check those and you may solve your problem. Glad to have another ford fanatic.

Here's an exploded view of the in-tank pump assembly, You have a dead pump in the rear tank and a dead fuel level sender(float assembly) in the front tank.
