transmission?!?!?!
Whenever I try to brake it feels like my rotors are a bit warped. But after checking my rotors they were fine. I had my friend who's a mechanic drive it and he thought it had something to do with my transmission. When I brake it feels like the truck still wants to accelerate and when im at a stop it wants to jump and go....is this a problem? if so how do i fix it, i searched threads and none of them helped any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Auto or stick?
Checked for vacuum leaks? While on the brakes, if your brake booster has a leak, it could cause rpm to rise under that light or no-load situation.
Have you checked your idle rpm?
If carb, have you checked your anti-diesel solinoid if so equipped?
