This is really a tired subject, but I will put my results in here anyway. 19-20 city driving, 23-24 highway, but I admit to driving like an Alta Kaaka just because I know no matter how cool WOT is, it is expensive and getting more expensive everyday.
Now this is amazing even for me. I just got 22 mpg city only. Very carefully topped it off both times. The only changes have been a new fuel filter and unplugging the fuel heater, that and warmer weather. To me it is too good to be true.

I drive very cheaply as much as I like getting on it. I am an old drag racer that used to do 140 mph in the 1/4 mile with a Pontiac powered '64 GTO. I was even featured in a National drag racing magazine. But those days are nothing but a memory to me anymore. I can't even believe these results myself so I'm going to try and cram some more in it in the morning.
I've been getting between 15-16 mpg. That's with about 60% city and 40% highway driving.
I'm doing about the same. I live in SoCal so my highway driving is almost like city driving. I'm mostly stock (no power adders), running stock size rubber and if I keep the rev's below 2000rpm (with the occasional freeway entrance to "clean her out") I can do 16mpg all day.
Oh yeah, I've got 156K on the odometer too, and still running strong!
I've never checked my EBP tube (only had the truck 8 months). I'm going to have to add that to my list...
well i guess ill chime in right now in WI i do believe they still have the winterized diesel but i could be wrong im get around 12 city and 15 highway but i just filled up with the 2 cycle oil additive and noticing gains right now but i have to check my ebps tube once and clean it out. but damn i wish i could get 22 like you mark
