This is something that has been on my mind for a long while and finally decided to make an attempt to make it right.
Not going to get into the whole history on where we came from, or how we got here, or the things that have happened in years past...
I wanted to publicly apologize to Duane because I was kind of a Jerk to him on at least one occasion that I can remember, Maybe he knows what Im talking about (last wichita truck show). And even after all the time has passed I feel pretty crappy about how I treated him.
But anyways I also wanted to let him know that me being the Jerk that it was from my own doing, and had nothing to do with him at all, I had too much on my plate stress wise and I kinda snapped.
I always considered him a friend and all around good guy. Im not asking for anything other than possibly to bury the hatchet and start out fresh.
On top of that I also wanted to thank Rollie for the few times we talked thru e-mail and he informed me that I would be welcome to come back.
So with that being said, I am back, I have no agenda other than hanging out with the best Ford truck guys on the web! Ill try to make it to some of the G2G's if I can and Ill try to contribute to the site, time permitting.
Im putting my head in the gallows now, thumbs up or down...its all up to you.
Dude....I always understood where you were coming from and I know it was alot more than just the show. There is no apology necesary as far as I am concerned however I have to say it takes a big man to come out on a public forum and admit he is at fault (even though I know better). You should know that you are always welcome here and considered a close friend of mine and many others here. It's good to have ya back man!!!
Mitch Oh man what have we let lose? LOL No really it is great to see you back and on the boards it's been way to long. You have been a big part of the heart and soul of this chapter and we have always held a place for you.
Nuff said lets get back to some great times and some great trucks.
lol, I worked with a guy that wore a stocking cap all year long, I asked him why one day (yes i regret it) and he showed me the the aluminum foil he had rolled up around the edge to protect him from the russian radio waves, and it was orange cuz the russian satelite can't see the color orange!!!
