2000 Explorer code help

I have had no end of trouble with the engine (4.0 V6 w/automatic) cutting out after starting it, when I take my foot off the accelerator, coasting, or idling. Also, it randomly runs rough at driving speeds, though it never quits altogether when running at normal driving speeds (above 30mph or so). I read the codes, and came up with 2 items. However, I have no idea where the problem is physically located, and which parts to replace, adjust, etc. Here are the codes: PO133 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1), and P1131 Lack Of HO2S1 Switches - Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1). Would either of these problems cause the above problem?
Any ideas folks? Thanks!

I would check the IAC-Idle Air Control. It controls the amount of air allowed into the intake at idle. It is a common ailment. That might fix the rough idle. Then I'd look at cleaning the MAF and replacing the O2 sensors.
