Torque / Horsepower

This is more or less a two-part question:
Which will produce more torque / horsepower, a 302 stroked to 331,
or a stock 351?

With the 351 having 20 cubes over the 331 by way of the longer stroke, my vote would be the 351 if all else were equal, i.e. cam, heads, etc.

I'm thinkin' that the 351 will have more low-end torque, maybe even more torque all together, but the 331 stroker will build more horsepower up top, at higher revs, and will probably have a higher "peak" horsepower level.
