Well that's the 2wd dually lifestyle for you - you don't need to be in wet grass to get stick, you only need to look at it 🤣

So you wanna move your engine, cab + related stuff, and flatbed over onto the F350 chassis? Gonna be quite a bit of work, you doing it all on your own at your own place? You got a tractor or forklift to lift and move cab and be with? And you'll still need a new transmission cause since you got an E350 and not a 450 you are running a dedicated 2wd transmission that will not directly accept a transfer case. And you'll need driveshafts modified on top of it all.

What I'm saying is it might be a more prudent solution to just buy what you need, and sell what you got, instead of spending time and money on a basterdized setup.

Again, dollar for dollar, buying the locker kit, trans, tcase, axles or labor and service to cut mine plus a whole other front axle and new mounts to get it on there is going to get past the cost of this parts truck in no time. These van conversions run like ten grand. This parts truck is gonna be fifteen hundred and everything is there. It's a compatible trans as well. But I am concerned losing ABS or the speedo. Those don't sound like good consequences. I think the speedo can be overcome but I'm not sure about the ABS.
