My GP controller has had it. The post that holds the battery supply pulls right out of the relay. Can you replace just the relay? The rest of it works, in fact it sometimes still does! Just needs the relay portion replaced.
Any ideas? If not where can you get a module without beeing bled too much? I'm in Toronto area by the by.
If you remove the relay from the controller or just read it there is a number on it.. try and cross ref it. It is NOT a standard starter relay........it's heavy duty.
PS... please disconnect the batteries before working on the controler..........live wires.
Thanks Guys. I will check it out and see what I can get. The controllers are quite pricey, so if I can get away with the relay only, that would be good.
Thanks for the warning about the wires. Two batteries can arc weld real fast.
