Transmission cable problem
While crawling around under my truck trying to get my reverse sensors working, I noticed a problem in the making and wondered if anyone else is having an issue.
The cable linkage to my transmission is routed in such a way that it rests on one of the sensors (O2?) in my exhaust. It appears to have melted thru all the sleeve to the bare cable.
Is there any kind of recall? TSB?
Anyone else experience this?
