My new ride.
Picked up this 58 shorty today. (gallery) I will try search for any info. But you can bet I'll be beatin you guys up for all the big questions.

Nice lookin resto you have goin on. I like the under dash work on that 5 star. CLEAN !!
I hope to do a pre 57 someday. If I survive this 58.?? Just finished up the 65.

If some knuckle-head hadn't painted my top half blue. We would have matching paint job's.(almost)
What's the story on those pleated hoods? (center section) I see some with and some without. I am guessing they did it to stiffen them up ?? Or was it an after market deal ? I also just realized that this truck I picked up is in fact a Custom Cab. What extra goodies were included in that Custom Cab package ? Dash, Custom Cab script on door. Any extra chrome trim ?

Those Custom Pleates that are in your hood of your truck
or fractory. We are a few that have them, most would
like to have them.
