On our Meyer plows, the mounting points are in that vicinity too. I was going to bet a dollar or two but i can't against Jason!

HKusp,

Does your truck with the plow still have the blocker bar on it like mine does? Or did it have to be removed to use with a plow?
(I have this bar that travels across the front just below the bumper. I assume it is there in case the truck comes up against a small car so it does not crush the small car and ride over it.)

You can sort of see it here.

Doesn't look like something that could be there with a plow, but who knows.

Thanks.

For the Meyers it has to come off. There is "supposed" to be an air dam covering that. Looks downright goofy without it! Come on, 6 bolts and it comes right out.

Beings your missing the air dam I would say for some reason they reinstalled the blocker after pulling the plow off and didnt have the air dam
