Wiring Harness removal

I have all of the wiring harness loose except for the windshield wiper motor whip. Does the wire pull out of the motor or not, it looks kinda different like a dust cover rather than a connector?

The other thing i have a question about is the wiper themselves. How do you take the arms off? I think there is a clip under there but i don't want to rip it up if i'm wrong and the arms are nice.

Thanks for the help. Here is a link to my progress.

I'll load more when i get the harness out...

Nice Million thanks. I figured out that there are two plugs on the switch pulled them and left the rest with the motor. I'll give the wiper arms a shot tomorrow, after my knuckles have had a break. Anyway tonight was a good night, pulled the harness, vacuum lines, seat, floor mat and belts.
