Cab Mount question?
Here is a picture of my driver cab mount.

You can see there is surface rust around the seams. Do you think i should remove the cab mount, sand blast and then rust encapsulate? It looks like it's welded on so i'd have to do the dreaded cut and re-weld. Not sure how bad it is inside, i haven't cracked the inspection port yet. Just wondering what you all think.
