Intake
Would sAy a K&n from a 5.0 stang work on a 95 PS? I only ask as i have one laying around, and the stock box on the truck has a hole in it. Or will would the airbox setup from a gas f150 be the same? Any tips would be great, still getting used to going diesel... Also, ANy harm in doing a farm pipe exhaust? as in no muffler an no cat looking thing thats in front of the muffler?

K & N have been known to allow dirt/dust into the turbo which in turn Dusts the vanes...Do yourself and your PSD a favor and get a 6637, it'll fit right where the old stock filter used to sit. You may have to purchase in addition to the filter a 6X6 4" elbow to hook everything up.

NAPA will run a wide price range on those filters. But place to get it is at fleetfilter.com.

Try searching for "6637" for the info on the air filter and exhaust elbow to replace the stock intake.
Also, search on "FPR Shim" for instructions on how to check your fuel pressure regulator.
From there, search on "10K Mod". Any of the site sponsors / advertisers should have info on a straight exhaust. While you're doing the exhaust with the cat delete pipe and muffler delete pipe (although the stock muffler is pretty good, as far as flow rate), you might want to consider getting a new downpipe as well.
