Express Auto Care web site?
I ordered some parts on a Sunday...no status thru the week, no returned phone calls of emails thru Friday-not even billed on my card.
I then canceled the order on line Friday night....Saturday a.m. I got an email saying the order had already shiped -I should have it-they would reship if the shiper lost it and when I checked my card it had been billed for the charges Saturday a.m.
I'm not real happy, havnt gotten my parts, noone has called to reassure me...I think I've been bent over!?!
