Here's what i can decode;
F25 = F250 2wd
C= 292 4v 153hp 3800rpm
R= San Jose assembly plant
wb128 = lwb
Color b = Turquoise
Body C81= need additional letter to determine Standard or customcab.
Trans G= 3spd Cruisomatic
Axle B4= 4:56 ratio

It was a Custom Cab Any idea on exact year? It has to be 64 or so I think. The scuff plates are those from a 64 This truck had a Dash pad on it and the Custom Cab plate under dash Bezel.

I was able to determine November 1963 So does that make it a 64 Model?

I'd say it is, you could get in touch with Ford, I got most of my vehicle info from them in addition to the great information NumberDummy was able to give me here. Incidently has anyone seen hom lately?
