ATS housing install Question
Ok, in the middle of installing the ATS housing on my brothers 03. What is the secret to re-attaching the waste gate rod to the pin??? We have tried to get this sucker to pull out but the leverage under there is so minimal due to limited space. Is there an easy way to do this? Please help. Trying to button this up.

You can also apply a slight amount of air pressure from a compressor to the canister, where the red line hooks in. This will push the wastegate rod out of the housing a little, just like it does when it's getting boost pressure.

Yeah, we had totally been at it for too long without beer or food doing guages, ccv, hpx, etc. to realize the simple mechanics of what we were working on before we clued in. Thanks for this though. It makes sense when our brains were in mush mode for the moment there.
