2003 heritage edition
Hey all, I'm new to this model. I've been on the 80-96 for a few years now. I bought an 03 f150 heritage edition last week that had been wrecked in the front. I'm rebuilding the truck to new. I'm not real familar with this body style yet. The photos I've found show a unique front valance with the fog lights in the valance and a color matched cap on top of the bumber. My question is: what all trucks had this valance combo. I found all the other pieces I needed at a local junk yard but it had a plastic valance with no fog lights and the top cap is a rough black plastic(not paintable). I will have to keep looking but not sure what all I can look for to find the same valance. Also does anyone know where I can find heritage edition fender and tailgate emblems. I think mine where stolen before I bought the truck while it sat in holding. Ford's price is way to ridiculous and no luck on e-bay. Thanks for any and all help.

Are the Fog lights round or oval?
Oval are pretty standard on the 4x4
Round ones come on the SXT 2wd's I think.
My 4x4 has a smooth painted cover obver the top of the front bumper. Most do. Perhaps you were getting parts from an XL work truck or something.

The lights kinda oval and are in the valance. As for the parts they came off of a 2002 4-door xlt. I knew the valance wouldnt work. But everything else was good. I've not seen too many with these molded fog-light holes in the valance. Not real familar with these heritage trucks(yet), but have been told it was a special deal ford did for the 100th aniversary and it was only on the 03 model. If anyone knows of any other truck with this valance or will I have to get from Ford( it is also a dyed color match of the bottom half of the 2-tone paint job).
