Wonder how much he'd make if Ford actually made a profit?

Most of Alan's money went to pay off the contract @ Boeing for leaving early. He also said that he would not pocket any of the bonus money until Ford did make a profit.
I think it was over 11 million paid to Boeing.

pay incentives????

How in the heck can you get bonuses at a point when the company is not making a profit??? That is the kind of pay incentives that cause the prices to be what they are. That is just stupid. It ranks right up there with big oil companies bragging about how much PROFIT they made last year and the first quarter of this year. What a racket!!!!

Well, doesn't that just make him a stand up guy!? How many more plants will close and hard working family people displaced so these few people at Ford's helm can richer and richer?

The President of the US and being the most powerful man in the world doesn't earn squat in comparison.

I'm going to keep my old '88 for a couple more years.

Tim

He probably minimized the loss. The loss would probably have been far greater if he were not there.

Maybe so but any money that he gets in a bonus is putting Ford further in debt. Thats ok though they will just layoff more REAL workers so he can continue to get more money!!!!
