Is the edge products website down? I have tried logging onto it and it is not coming up. I need to update mine.

How often should you update the edge?

When you go to update do you have to return your truck to stock then take the edge and do the updates to it?

Web sites usually manage to go down right when you want them the most. They may be doing updates or who knows what. I had to wait a day the last time I wanted to update mine.

If you have an older PCM, I would guess that they are probably done tweaking the program for your PCM, so updating may not do much of anything. If you have a fairly new one, they may still be working out some of the kinks in the program for it, so an update could be very valuable. I suppose it could be detrimental too if they haven't tested the new program thoroughly, but I don't recall anyone reporting that a new program caused more problems.

You do have to return the PCM to the stock program or the updating software will not allow you to update the Edge.
