will this work

i HAVE A 90 F250 5.8 4X4 5-SPEED, that i am going to put new heads on cause the stock ones just plane suck. i already have hedman headers on it. will gt40 heads work without changing the headers?

I believe they will. The angled plugs on the GT-40P heads are what usually cause the problems.

If you haven't upgraded the cam you should do that first, you're not getting anywhere near full potential from the stock heads.
