I’m a fairly new truck owner; I purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 4x4 King Ranch about a year ago. Not bad for a first truck, I know my Dad would be proud. The exterior color is ‘burnt copper’ and she reminds me of a well-maintained horse with the Castano leather interior. I love to see the truck with all four windows down. I put a few highway miles on her, but it made for some smooth and comfortable riding. I love the truck overall and my only compliant thus far is that I have to move my seat up a bit farther then I’d like to in order to comfortably rest my left foot (I’m 6.0’ tall by the way). Strange, but it’s as if Ford forgot to put in a decent foot rest.

Anyway, aside from the extra care given to treat the beautiful Castano leather it has been a breeze to maintain. I bought the “service package’ so that I would save a few bucks on oil changes, but I’m getting ready to try Royal Purple synthetic oil: Royal Purple Consumer Products

I’m also taking to truck to Troyer Performance: Troyer Performance for a Stage II upgrade. I can’t wait to get rid of the throttle lag and open up that 5.4 3v.
