302 or 351w?

hello i recently bought a 1970 ford ranger f100. the guy i bought it from said it had a 302 in it but when i got it home my uncle told me it appeared to be a 351w with a 302 water pump. it also has 2 dipsticks one is plugged off and the other is in use. the plugged one is on the drivers sider and the one in use is in the front of the engine. i know this is a strange situation but maybe someone else has had it or knows how to figure out my dilemma. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks for everything
chris

A 302 has a firing order of 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 and a 351 has a firing order (with a stock cam) of 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8.

Someone posted this before. It should help. A 351W is a tall 302.
