Has anyone tried this product yet? Ever since the ULSD mandate my milage has sropped from 17mpg to 15 and the power has dropped also and a little more noticable clatter.

I am running in this tank opti smokeless two stroke oil (1/3 oz per gallon)and it really cut injector noise.I can hardly hear the injectors when the truck is warmed up unless it is under load. This is the first time I have tried it and so far so good.

It won't improve your fuel mileage, and it won't change the way the engine sounds or feels.
All it does is keep your injectors and fuel pump (if you have a high pressure fuel pump) from wearing out prematurely due to the lost lubricity of ULSD.... and that's a very good thing.
Also, if you're so inclined..... add Power Service grey bottle (Diesel Kleen) for a cetane boost (or your favorite flavor of cetane booster), and, if you live up north, change to Power Service white bottle in the winter (anti-gel + cetane boost).

I've run about a gallon o fit. No mileage gain. No noise reduction (I have already done all the noise reducing mods and am also running a low percentage of bioD). The bioD will certainly reduce your noise, but can also cost you in mileage at the same time.
I've also run the Stanadyne Performance Formula for several months, and ran DieselKleen for about a year. The DK gave me the best mileage improvements.
