Ok I have a funny little story. Yesterday I woke up to hammering. I didn't think much of it My neighbor was getting a new roof. So several hours later after cutting my yard I was talking to my other neighbor when he said " I hope that they are working on the right house. Trevor our other neighbor told me he was getting a new roof today"

Long story short the roofers were on the wrong house. They realized this after they had 3/4 of the shingles off. Well I guess he just got a big discount on a new roof.
