ok, so my foreman gave me an 86 f250. i didnt really have any plans for it until now. but first, story time. kinda. not really. basically i wanted to have some fun this previous weekend, and instead of taking my scout out i took out this 2wd ford. i told my friend hes gonna be pulling me out all weekend and he was cool, so we went. thrashed the bed to hell, and the doors. im gonna trash the doors and the bed. it'll be a tralier bitch so no worries there on legalities. now, i have always had rigs with solid axles f&r . now, is it hard to do a SAS on this. in my yard i have an old dana300t/c and a scout d44 front. somewhere i might have a t-18 tranny. am i better off trying to mock this up and getting adapters for these to either fit the 300 i have, or maybe a ford SB. or should i just go with junkyard/craigslist parts for the sas
do a google search, theres lots of good articles posted here on the forum too if you search, also go to the fullsizebronco.com SAS section, lots of good info and write ups
