I want to replace all my fuel lines on my 89 Bronco, but I have not had any luck finding OE or after market direct replacements. I also was wondering if anyone knows what it is mounted on my framerail between the fuel tank and the frame mounted fuel pump? I know I have a pump in the tank and one on the framerail and a filter between the frame mounted pump and the engine, but what is that behind the frame mounted pump? Thanks for any help
I believe it is a resivior for the high pressure pump so that it always has a supply of fuel at start up. If I'm wrong one of the guys on here will corect me.
The HELP section at advanced auto parts has the factory type fuel lines and it is
usually about 20" long and has the fitting and the clip. Use a metal line for the
fuel line mostly then transition to the plastic line with FUEL INJECTION quality
rubber line, Do not use regular fuel lines it can't withstand the pressure. Heres
an example of what it is While we find your parts, please enter your ZIP Code at PartsAmerica.com
