The part I find disturbing, is going after money won a lawsuit that after all the Lawyer fees, and what not. There is $276,000 in a trust fund for paying her medical caost that will be with her till she dies. $276,000 sounds like alot, but say she lives another 30 years that's $9,200 for medical expenses. Which can easily burn through that pretty quickly. The fact remains, is that people are wondering why the largest retailer in the world can't just look past that and write it off. If they would have done that in the first place this would have never made National News.

It's a bug in the updates. What would have been hyperlinks before aren't being recognized by the system now, but it's still trying to put them in.

walmart can easily afford to pay for isurance. they make many single parents go on welfare to get insurance. or if they use wal-marts it costs half of their wage. speaking of wage. if they increased the prices of their items by .5%, that could bring the average wal-mart associate $2k more anually. they pay over $1000000 per store per year to keep out any kind of a union. the meat department is gone b/c they organized. they force employees to work off the clock many times. or if they work o/t they just put it on their next check instead of paying o/t. which is also illegal. i could go on for hours about the walton family and how big of a piece of **** they are.

That would be a web page link, but apparently the new software or our systems are not recognizing it.

Whenever you click on a link, the underlying info is 'a href=blah, blah, blah'. Basically you are being redirected!

A little OT but I found links I posted previously still appeared but took you to ebay (??). When I reposted the exact same link it was correct, dang little computer buggers!

Edit: on posting this, I think what's happening is the automatic keyword links (which formerly appeared in blue) are not working.

that is the game

I agree that walmart going after someones life insurance policy is cold blooded. On the other hand I to am a victim of an accident at last years apple blossom parade in wenatchee washington. I have to pay my own insurance back the monies they have paid out for my health care because that is the the state has it set up. Also I have put about 4,000 out of my pocket with co pays and deductibles. If you are covered during an event by other insurance than you medical does not have to pay a dime. I had to sign a right to recovery to have them start paying to get me and my face put back together. The one nice thing is that my insurance is paying the bills after they use their discounts and I only have to pay that amount back not the full amount so about 45,000 less. That is why it is no picinic getting hurt and having to deal with a personal injury lawsuit and or settlement. All I want it to get this over with. Walmart on the other hand I would agree they really don't look good going after some of these people.

Not to mention all the part time employees they hire so they don't have too offer health benifits.

Part time employees with Walmart do have benifits!..Are the benefits as good as full-time?...No, but no company offers the same benefits to the part-time that they offer the full-time.

The purpose of any insurance, is to cover costs in the case of an emergency...It was never intended to help someone get rich. If one policy covers the costs, why should another add more money?

People wonder why insurance costs keep increasing...Perhaps is has to do with people wanting more than what the insurance was intended for.

Please forget all the 'a href's'...I hope FTE figures it out!

My guess is that it has to do with keywords that they formerly had links to. However now, it shows the link instead of the word as a link.

to fix it. just take out the keyword mod bull**** until the mod comes out with a new release or open it up and find the piece of code that is making it not print the links right. its more than likely that vbulletin changed something and the mod isnt reacting to it like it was witha previous version

You are right, but give them some time...This last update was just done on Monday.

The Admins at FTE have been pretty good!...It takes a minute to 'tweak' things!

It's only happening occasionally, they are working on it.
What's weird is if I edit your post, everything's normal. Check out your post (#26)now-
