Replace the RCM and it should clear your flash code. It's on the trans hump under the dash/ashtray area.

It's an open or excessive resistance circuit, just the opposite.
Check the connectors to the RCM and the pre-tensioner for corrosion or pushed/damaged pins.

You would find LFC 27 is for a burned out bulb in the PAD switch assy.
But that aside, you still have a problem with/at the RCM. Is it the correct one? Examine the wiring, including the terminal pins in the connector.

PINPOINT TEST X: LFC 29/DTC C1414 — INCORRECT VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION CODE
NOTE: Most faults are due to connector and/or wiring concerns. Carry out a thorough Inspection and Verification before proceeding with the Pinpoint Test.
