Replace the RCM and it should clear your flash code. It's on the trans hump under the dash/ashtray area.
Did you replace the safety belt pre-tensioners?

Safety Belt Retractor Pretensioners

Vehicle not equipped with seat integrated restraints (SIR), the safety belt retractors are equipped with pretensioners. The belt retractor pretensioners rotate the safety belt retractors to remove excess slack from the safety belt webbing.

Safety Belt Buckle Pretensioners

Vehicle equipped with seat integrated restraints (SIR), the safety belt buckles are equipped with pretensioners. The safety belt buckle pretensioners remove excess slack from the safety belt webbing.

Thanks for list I have a 46 code and realized that there's a seat belt harness underneath the driver seat that appears to have a short.

No, it's not a short.

It's an open or excessive resistance circuit, just the opposite.

Check the connectors to the RCM and the pre-tensioner for corrosion or pushed/damaged pins.

Can you not just reset the RCM? Does the code 19 also pertain to the driver's pretensioner?

Code 29 is for the passenger air bag deactivation switch. The bulb is probably bad.

You don't have one of these????

You would find LFC 27 is for a burned out bulb in the PAD switch assy.

But that aside, you still have a problem with/at the RCM. Is it the correct one? Examine the wiring, including the terminal pins in the connector.

From the 2002Ford Service Manual"
PINPOINT TEST X: LFC 29/DTC C1414 — INCORRECT VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION CODE
NOTE: Most faults are due to connector and/or wiring concerns. Carry out a thorough Inspection and Verification before proceeding with the Pinpoint Test.

A Supercrew does not have that switch due to the full size rear seat.
