Anxious To Get Started...

I'd love to get started on my 49 F-1 but this is what my garage looks like right now...

The lump to the left of the garage is my donor car!

The way this winter is going it might be June before all the ice melts...

Vern,

OK, first of all I think you need to go back and read the directions that came with the garage.
The truck is supposed to be on the other side of those door looking thingies! Once you get that part fgured out then all that funky white cold stuff isn't so bad.

OH, I think its low 70's here today, no wind, scattered clouds. Nice
Bobby

Vern, when I retired from the military, I put a snow shovel over my sholder and headed south until someone asked me what it was. I stuck the shovel in the ground and stayed right there. I am in my "sun" room, with the air conditioner on right now. Last snow we had was in 1985. Good thing as the only snow removal equipment we have is "time". I live here on purpose. I am originally from Corpus Christi which is about 150 mile south of San Antonio. I guess someone has to live up north. I'm just glad that it's not me. Look on the bright side, The last year I spent in northern Maine, I think summer came on Wednesday.

Bobby, I would have loved to have it inside but the significant other seems to think her 2003 Mustang needs to be in there and you know what they say, if mama ain't happy...nobody's happy!

It's been "spring" now for about 10 days and we're still looking for our first 50 degree day.

I need a bigger garage for sure.

Jim, what global warming?

Snow way

I feel your pain, we presently have no snow but then we can get snow in July up here ! I had the chassis under wraps all winter, finally moved it into "my side" of the garage two weeks ago. It used to be that my side happened to be "outside".
Good luck with the weather, if it don't kill you . it'll make you stronger !

Where I am, today was nice out, but not nice to me, lol. I'll explain in a new thread.

I feel your pain..... not really...... It's 75F and it might rain so I'm less-than-happy.....

My 2000 Lariat was evicted from nightly comfort to accomodate the '49. You're right, I have a 4 Car Garage and I can just barely make room for Momma's Exploder.......... But make room I will...
