I bought mine from a private owner, and it had an esp through Ford, the Original owner contacted Ford and told them they were transferring to me, I went to Ford and paid a 50 transfer fee. Google Ford ESP it should give you the 1 800 #, Tell them you bought from a dealer and have vin# ready!!!
