Pancreatic cancer is usually a quick one to take you... Had a neighbor a couple houses up who died from that last fall. Six weeks from diagnosis to death. She was an MD, knew exactly what was in store for her...

BTW, I've gotten a few reps for posting this - thanks for those, but I'll assume they are really intended for Mr Pausch...
