is there anything i can do electronically to get more hp out of a 2000 f-350 diesel? i don't have the money to buy any chips yet

The only thing that comes to mind is the 10k mod, just like the one you have on your 95...

thats what i was thinkin. i di a 14.7 and i put that on my dad's truck. but i want a little more cause a lot of us powerstroke guys are goin to the strip 2mro night

Well, put the 6637 & muffler delete pipe on, and maybe you can up the resistance more (I've heard like 18k or so). But really, without tuning there's only so much you can do.

I agree, you wont see anythign compared to a chipped truck.
