Frame Mounted Fuel Filter

Has anyone changed the frame mounted fuel filter on these trucks? What size wrench do I need. There is limited room in there. Any help would be appreciated.

Someone have a post on that awhile back you could do a search on it. I think they said a 36mm socket worked best.
