05-07 grill

what does this guy modify to make them fit, it looks like they just trim the bottom of them and thats all.

the only reason im asking is because i can get an 05 grill for like $75.

any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, the bottom is trimmed. I don't know how the bottom is secured after he cuts them, though.

Yup they trim the bottom, and it's a perfect fit on my 2004 Excursion........The bottom is secured the same way my original stock 04 grill was secured with those small metal flex/clips.

Scottman, just a couple of questions on this grill. Can you remove the Ford oval and have it look normal or is it recessed where the oval sits? Also, does the grill come with the mesh/bars as part of it?
