302 doesn't like to run

Now that I have it back together the engine runs but only with a lot of throttle. There is very little and very slow throttle responce. It will idle at half throttle. With no throttle the engine dies.
Clearning the computer and running it then pulling the codes results in a lot of 11's (good thing) and 53's (TPS high) and some 21's (Coolant sensor out of range - possible that the engine was not warmed up) 31's (EVP high) and 63's (TPS low).
What's the problem? Or at least where do I start in tracking it down?
I have some ideas but would like to see what you guys think.
