351 Headers

I found on ebay, a set of headers for my ford courier. He says they will fit 289 and 302, I have a 351 windsor. Will these fit my motor? I asked the guy and he said he didn't know. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1873012362

they will bolt up, but since the 351w deck height is taller than the 302 they will exit under the chassis at a different location than if the headers were bolted to a 302.

Might have to heat up the collector and bend it down a little or extend each of the header pipes with a little more tubing.
