havent really looked into setup but was just mainly wondering at what point in time should i be switching away from stock? If i replaced it right away would i see benifits? or would it just suppliment later mods to engine?

When you add a blower, there's really no need for anything beyond the stock parts for a naturally aspirated motor.

in my experience, I had a small cam, q-jet and headers, with an msd supercoil and 8.8 wires, not a big difference in power for me, but it gave me a little better fuel milege

Aftermarket ignition components wont improve fuel mileage unless the stock stuff was bad to begin with. A stock ignition system will support plenty of power, N/A, boosted and/or sprayed, if it is in good working order and the plugs are sized properly for that application.
