Cracked Ic Tube

POSTED THIS ON THE 94-97 FORUM BY ACCIDENT YESTERDAY(NOT PAYING ATTENTION). DID THE FOIL DELETE SATURDAY AND FOUND THE IC TUBE CRACKED, MUST HAVE BEEN THAT WAY SINCE NEW. MUST HAVE LOSIN' AT COUPLE POUNDS OF BOOST AT LEAST.

Good job with the fix, Darrell.Looks good. You were down on boost with the cracks.

The best reason yet for doing the foil delete. Inspect IC tube.

Robin....I've found that if you would reverse your wish list....#1 and #2 shouldn't be a problem......just do #3 first. :-)

Were there any signs or indications on the foil now that you look back on it to indicate there was a problem? I'm mostly interested for all of us (or the few of us) that haven't done the foil delete.
