I got mine by contacting Ford customer service via email. They did send a phone number in their response, you might try that:
"Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company. As per your request, attached is the buildsheet for your 2005 Ford F-350. For any questions please contact the Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673."
